- No special software needed. Lessons show the Excel functions to use; a statistics package such as Minitab is helpful at Green Belt and above but not required.
- This course is independent and isn't affiliated with ASQ, IASSC or any other certifying body. Its practice questions test this course's content and aren't official exam questions. If you want an external certification, bodies such as ASQ and IASSC run their own exams.
